1. Register for the computer based general test
You can check if the computer based general test is available in you country by contacting the
appropriate Regional Registration Center (RRC). The General Test is offered as a computer-based
test in the U.S., Canada, and many other countries. Paper-based General Test administrations are
offered in areas of the world where computer-based testing is not available. Also the computer-based
General Test is not given every day at all test centers. Check the available dates with RCC.

2.   Register for the  Paper-based General Test

Paper-based GRE General Test administrations are offered in areas of the world where computer-
based testing is not available. You can register for a paper-based administration online or by mail.

Registration can be done either online or by mail. Online registration process is same as described
above.
